AI Agent Engineer

Responsibilities - Develop core modules of the Manus Agent, driving practical applications of generative AI in real-world scenarios - Optimize Agent performance through prompt engineering, tool design, RAG, and Agent system architecture optimization - Validate new product feature ideas through rapid prototyping - Build evaluation systems and automated evaluation processes to assess Agent performance Requirements - 1-3 years of programming experience; Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field (outstanding new graduates welcome) - Strong programming skills, excellent design capabilities, and high code quality standards - Proficiency in the front-end technology stack for rapid prototyping and developing evaluation platforms - Solid understanding of backend technologies, including databases, caching, message queues, and microservices - Strong ownership mindset for your areas of responsibility - Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic and fast-paced environments About Manus AI Manus is a general AI agent that bridges minds and actions: it doesn't just think, it delivers results.
