About The Role The Senior Manager, Activation Strategy & Operations owns the strategic and analytical engine behind Fora's advisor activation function. Reporting to the Head of Activation, this role exists to design and run experiments, own cross-functional OKRs, and translate findings into scalable programs that drive advisor growth. This is a highly visible, IC-heavy role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, moves fast between strategy and execution, and believes "launched" doesn't mean "finished." Key Responsibilities • Own quarterly OKRs for the Activation function — define success metrics, track performance, and communicate progress to senior leadership • Design and run experiments across the advisor lifecycle; own the hypothesis-to-insight loop and graduate successful pilots into lasting programs • Structure ambiguous strategic questions, build analytical models, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and processes that improve efficiency and scalability across activation initiatives • Drive cross-functional workstreams spanning Product, Marketing, Training, and Sales — from scoping through launch and iteration • Identify and execute high-impact process improvements as the activation function scales Requirements • Experience : 3–5 years in a top‑tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or structured general‑management/rotational program (e.g., Amazon, Uber, DoorDash). • Entrepreneurial Mindse t: Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity, biases toward action, and relentlessly seeks improvement. You’re just as good at building strategy as you are at rolling up your sleeves and executing with clear goals, speed, and accountability. • Communication : Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into executive‑ready insights. • Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives on aggressive timelines. • Test, Learn, and Adapt Mindset : Eager to continue to iterate and operate post-launch to drive more efficiency and better business results • Education : Bachelor’s degree. • Passion for Travel & Technology: Genuine interest in redefining the travel industry and building with AI‑driven tools. Strongly Preferred • Startup or high-growth operating experience • Experience owning a metrics-driven function (activation, growth, lifecycle, or similar) • Passion for travel and comfort building with AI-driven tools Compensation Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $100K–$150K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role. Other benefits include: • Unlimited vacation • Health Insurance (including an option completely covered by Fora HQ) • Dental & Vision Insurance • Wellhub Memberships • 401k plan with company match • Commuter Benefits • Supplemental Life Insurance • Stock Options This role is based in our beautiful New York City office (Tribeca/Fidi) with lots of natural light and great views. Our Values We’re forging our own path Fora has always been about driving change within the industry. We’re not interested in maintaining the status quo.
