THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Senior Associate, Promotional Strategy to play a critical role in shaping and scaling FanDuel Predicts’ promotional ecosystem. This role will lead the execution and continuous evolution of our All Customer Promotions strategy, while also contributing to broader promotional and loyalty strategy development. You will work cross-functionally across Operations, GTM, Commercial, Product, Legal and external partners to ensure promotions are not only executed seamlessly, but designed and optimized to drive meaningful customer engagement and retention. This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning a critical revenue-driving lever while helping define how promotions evolve as part of a broader loyalty system. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs. THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play • Support the development of the Predicts promotional strategy, including frameworks, mechanics, and seasonal or event-based approaches • Ensure all promotions are operationally ready and seamlessly executed across teams • Liaise with core delivery stakeholders (Ops, Creative, Legal, Commercial) including defining promotional objectives and needs, providing feedback, and tracking delivery • Lead the forecasting process for all Predicts promotions, as well as monitoring promo performance and cost reporting to measure success • Own performance tracking and reporting for All Customer promotions, synthesizing results into clear insights, tradeoffs, and recommendation for Predicts leadership • Facilitate the post-mortem promotion analysis for major Predicts moments, offering insights and optimizations for future promotional efforts • Proactively ideate on new promotional constructs and opportunities to enhance near- and long-term customer engagement and retention • Conduct competitor tracking and analysis to gain a deeper understanding of promotional capabilities across the market landscape and identify opportunities for near- and long-term differentiation • Support in developing broader loyalty strategy, contributing insights on how promotions ladder into long-term retention and customer value • Identify inefficiencies in promotional workflows and build scalable processes, playbooks, and systems to improve speed, quality, and cross-functional alignment THE STATS What we're looking for in our next teammate • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred. • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in gaming, sports, or a highly-regulated industry. • Proficiency manipulating data and performing calculations in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF statements, etc.) • Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize. • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills; using data to tackle problems and translate results into recommendations. • Strong understanding of promotions, loyalty programs, and customer retention strategies. • Has a positive attitude and loves opportunities to collaborate with others. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines. • An avid sports and gaming fan, and have played FanDuel or competitive products. • Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus.
