THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it We’re looking for an Acquisition Strategy and Planning Manager that will support the day-to-day Casino Acquisition business function through best-in-class reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking. This is an energizing, highly visible role with the opportunity to make a material impact on the business outcome for FanDuel Group by delivering rapid, data-driven insights that guide where we focus and act. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs. THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play • Own day-to-day reporting and performance tracking for the Casino Acquisition function, delivering clear, actionable insights that guide immediate focus areas and inform business decisions across the team • Lead rapid, data-driven analysis to answer high-priority business questions, translating complex performance trends into simple, digestible outputs for cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership • Partner closely with Commercial, Media, Analytics, and the broader Acquisition team to support execution of strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement and program optimization • Support planning and forecasting processes by maintaining accurate, up-to-date views of performance, highlighting risks and opportunities, and enabling faster, more informed decision-making • Collaborate with Acquisition Offers & Media teams to evaluate performance of paid media and promotional strategies, surfacing insights that improve efficiency and guide near-term optimization • Drive improvements in data quality, reporting infrastructure, and accessibility, working closely with Data Science and Data Analytics to ensure reliable and scalable outputs • Act as a data and reporting specialist for the function, providing quick-turn analysis and fact-finding to support leadership discussions and evolving business needs • Stay current on reporting best practices and tooling, continuously refining outputs to improve clarity, speed, and impact across stakeholders • Build strong cross-functional relationships and effectively communicate insights to senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and enabling data-informed decision-making THE STATS What we're looking for in our next teammate • 5+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing, with a focus on consumer acquisition and a strong emphasis on reporting and analytics • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred • Highly numerically literate with advanced Excel skills and experience building data visualization views • Experience working with large datasets and translating performance data into actionable insights • SQL experience nice to have • Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on objective performance measurement • Ability to distill complex analyses into clear, concise insights for a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership • Metrics-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement of marketing performance and operational processes • Demonstrated analytical rigor, proactiveness, and reliability in fast-paced environments • Ability to balance strategic context with cross-functional partnership, particularly in rapid-response analysis and reporting • Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of acquisition drivers and performance levers • Interest in the Online Gaming industry preferred ABOUT FANDUEL FanDuel Group is the premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada.
