We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Senior Specialist, Social Media Operations to support and scale Contentstack’s global organic social presence. This role owns the day-to-day execution and operational excellence of our social channels, while supporting enablement, insights, and internal workflows across earned and influenced media programs. You will work closely with our Integrated Marketing team and broader marketing organization to ensure Contentstack shows up consistently, thoughtfully, and effectively across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, keeping fast-moving systems organized, documenting what works, and helping teams execute efficiently at scale. You will report to a manager based in the United States and collaborate with global teams across time zones. Here’s what you’ll be doing: • Monitor daily activity across social platforms including comments, tags, shares, and messages to flag risks, opportunities, and high-value engagement. • Manage incoming social requests and coordinate execution across teams. • Schedule, publish, and quality-check content using Sprout Social and native tools. • Organize and maintain social content workflows, design files, templates, and shared photo libraries. • Co-create and maintain internal social media resources, playbooks, and documentation. • Engage with followers, employees, partners, and customers to strengthen community and brand presence across social platforms. • Own social listening and competitor monitoring across key platforms. • Support employee advocacy programs by managing and updating content in internal enablement platforms. • Contribute to internal training and social enablement efforts with clear, usable guidance and templates. • Share ongoing insights to inform content, engagement, and channel strategy. • Support reporting on growth, engagement, and learnings. • Support promotion of key company initiatives and campaigns. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including lifecycle and content marketing, creative, partner marketing, product marketing, and field marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and execution. • Assist with copywriting and light design or video requests in support of broader earned and influenced media initiatives. What really gets us excited about you? • 5+ years of experience in social media, community management, or brand marketing, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments. • Excellent organizational skills and strong operational instincts, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail. • Hands-on experience with content publishing, advocacy, and marketing operations, with an understanding of social’s role within the broader marketing ecosystem. • Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social, Monday.com, Figma, and other marketing or project management platforms used to support social media execution. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus, but not required. • Clear written communication skills and a strong sense of brand voice. • Strong interest in culture, trends, and social media, with a creative mindset and curiosity for what’s resonating across platforms. • Design and light video editing skills are a plus, but not required. • Comfort working with global, cross-functional teams and reporting to a manager based in the United States, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones. • Proactive, organized, and comfortable owning execution and follow-through without constant direction.
